Happy 2012 everyone! Another new year.

First week of school was alright. It's only the first week and homeworks piling up, like whutttt. Went to visit SP open house yesterday and I got to know the courses I want to take better. Anyway I dyed my hair black and I look so.. weird. Hahaha.

I guess I'm gonna be really busy this year studying for Os.

Busier than last year. Teachers said if I put in the same effort as last year, I will get x2 of my N level results, so it's like 9points x2 = 18points.

I cant afford to score that :/ The courses I want to go in cut off points at 12 or lower.

Anyway this year I'm gonna finally remove my braces !!! I think remove during around aug or sep?? Haha hehe, so happy :) CCA starts next week, back to horticulture. I must get more CIP points and CCA points!!! Camp during end of feb beginning of march. and you know what? There's a 29 February this year! 29 feb only falls every 4 years leh!!! But I can't go out on that day, cause theres camp, meh.

Oh well, going to watch darkest hour later on, heard that the movie's nice.

Hey guys it's already new years eve. And another year has passed. Time flies so fast doesn't it? I still remembered the beginning of 2011. Within a blink of an eye, it's already the end of 2011. Well, I watched new years eve like maybe about a few weeks ago and I felt that what the show was trying to say was really meaningful. It was the scene when the ball was stucked, Hilary Swank said,

"It's suspended there to remind us before we pop the champagne and celebrate the new year, to stop and reflect on the year that has gone by. To remember both our triumphs and our missteps, our promises made and broken. The times we opened ourselves up to great adventures or closed ourselves down for fear of getting hurt coz that is what new years is all about- getting another chance. A chance to forgive, to do better, to do more, to give more, to love more. And stop worrying about what if and start embracing what would be. So when that ball drops at midnight and it will drop, let's remember to be nice to each other, kind to each other. And not just tonight but all year long"

I agreed with what she said. And I want to thank so many people for this awesome year. You guys have brought me countless laughters and fun. It's really nice to know that I have such great people around me all year long, and I hope it's gonna be the same next year, and I hope next year will be better for us, for everyone. I hope in 2012, there will be peace and harmony. Not just in Singapore, everywhere around the world. My new year resolution for 2012 is to be better than what I am in 2011.

Thank you to everyone who's been there for me and thank you to those few readers :) even though I'm not really famous or anything thank you to those who have always been reading my blog.

Anyway did not update for quite awhile. Recently went for class outing buffet....
I wore geo bambi green lens for my class outing, was comfortable but... sorta gave me headache? :/

Was pretty fun when we were playing Wii at Janille's!
and last week my bibi brought me to Chomp chomp @ Serangoon!

Chalet 21nov - 23nov.

Hi guys. So if you follow me on twitter I said I'll do up a post about the chalet. Alright so through out the whole chalet I was having fever, on and off. I was feeling so so so horrible. The first night I had fever till I literally cried. It was so horrible. Somehow my instincts were telling me that something was not right about the chalet. Even Yujia had high fever. My fever always rised up when I'm back at the chalet. I did not have fever when I was outside/at universal studios. So yup. Anyway it's over already. Glad that I can recover right after the Chalet :).

1st day nothing much happened..Well actually quite a lot happened. Please skip this part if you don't like to read a wordy wordy story! So we actually head out to get some supper at Vivo city, but apparently all the shops and fast food were closed. Then we went to the Food Republic at St James. It was about 1am then. Ate my fav cockles and frog leg porridge! After that walked a long long long long way back to Sentosa and to the chalet. Throughout the whole journey it was really creepy. As all the lights in Sentosa were off. Especially when we were walking by the Images of Singapore side. We kinda heard monkeys above us too. and my fever kept rising and I was feeling so cold till bi had to use his shirt to cover over me. I was feeling so horrible I swear.. Muscle aches, headache, head burning, no energy to walk. It feels as if my energy was all drained out. But at least we did managed to reach back to the chalet safe and sound! ;)

2nd day we went to Universal Studios. Omg I finally sat the Battlestar Galactica. I only sat the Human one I didn't sat the Cylon one cause when I saw the people on the roller coaster it already scared the shit outta me. Didn't take much pics on second day as there was a lot of moving around and we sat the Transformers ride even though they said they opened it only on 3rd dec! :) Super fun! You guys gotta try it when you go USS!

Had BBQ after Chalet when Jiayan and Yujia came over! Thats when my fever rised again. Lotsa weird things happened after. But I don't wanna say it cause it's over already. Anyway the chalet overall was kinda fun! Especially USS and BBQ. But I doubt I'll ever book a chalet at Costa Sands Sentosa anymore! :/ ciao :)

Did you guys watched the MAMA held in Singapore? Well, i watched it on Tv. If big bang came I would have bought tix and watch it but they can't come cause of GD's problem ;( . Started loving this song Go - AZIATIX when they performed live at MAMA.

Some songs that I'm really addicted to. I really like Cher llyod! Love her uniqueness and her voice. She's so pretty too, only two year older than me and so famous already! :( and she really looks like Cheryl cole!! Both of them are so pretty!

Prom 2011

Hello! :) I decided to come back to blog. Cause i love to blog and me + tumblr kinda don't really go well :/ Anyway! It was my Prom!Ah yes every girls dream night to go on a date with her dream guy.

So.. I wanted to go to prom dressed in a sleek short body con, something like this...

Simple, yet elegant. I found some that were very similar and almost the same! But sadly they didn't have my size! ;/ Was so devastated till I saw this dress.

It was definitely love at first sight for me. But I hesitated, and i didn't bought it! Till around 3 weeks later like a few days before Prom, I went back to the shop and luckily, they had my size!!!! :)

Oh by the way this dress is from Miss Selfridge.

And on the same day I managed to get heels that totally matched the dress, heels were from H&M. Well, more like a wedge-hell? half wedge half heels.

It was 3 inches! That's like 11cm. If you know me, I don't wear heels so ya, 11cm is quite high for me.

So yup. This was how I got my prom outfit? :p

Hello! How are you guys? :) It's exactly 2:51AM now and tomorrow's pay day! Going to Kiseki buffet after we collect our pay. Ok so I shopped at F21, Topshop H&M during the weekend! Didn't really get much for myself.

Ok must go this place and eat their xiao long baos! delicious!

Today i went to watch 23:59, it was quite scary to be honest. Not bad for a Singaporean horror movie, but the storyline was kinda .. stupid? :/

I got coco from there, and now she's still so healthy and active everyday!
They have a wide range of different breeds! and the best thing is that you can go over to the farm to take a look at all of them! To be honest with you, all the puppies are super duper cute!! Here are some pictures of Coco when she was young and currently!

Well, SG dogs prices are really reasonable and it includes 2 Vaccinations, Deworming, Microchipped and Health Check. Their dogs are local breeds too. So it's easier for the puppies to adapt to Singapore's weather. When I bought coco, they even gave me bowls, powder and one month or more supply of food for coco! How thoughtful isn't it?

Is SG dogs trust able? I have never heard of them before.

Hello, It's November! Chalet and Grad Night's coming up! Anyway if you were following me on twitter you'll know that my BK trip was cancelled...... :( Due to the flood! And I skipped Halloween as I thought it was too expensive to pay to get scared!

Hey! I'm back. Hahaha just decided to post la.Anyway N levels are over baby! Its the holidays for me! But.... I'm working! Because I want extra cash!!
Will be working for whole of Oct and Nov. Well, I already have a few plans for hols anw.....

1) I'll be going to Bangkok on 27 - 31oct!
2) Halloween is coming! Guess I'm going for Spooktacular again at Sentosa on 22/21 oct.
3) Grad night on 18 nov, I guess I'm gonna cry on that day...Ahhh How i wish everyone could promote up to Sec 5 ;(
4) Chalet @ Sentosa 21 - 23 nov.
5) Prom night on 1st dec!
6) Coco's birthday on 7 December!

December! Christmas Season! and my N level results :/ Oh gosh, I'm so worried, what if I can't go up to Sec 5? I can just go and die.... no la I think I'll retain or go Private.Some recent photos!

Starting work on Wednesday cause tomorrow's training. and I dyed my hair today!!! Actually wanna go Ash brown but i changed to just normal brown. Well, quite satisfied with the colour :) I think its pretty different from the previous times that I've dyed my hair!

F1 Grand Prix 2011

Hi! So anyway you can guess from the title I went to F1 this year! If you know me, I'm not really the car racing type. But my baby got free tickets so I thought like why not go? Anyway I thought his free tickets were like the $38 walk about passes but it happened to be the Bay Grandstand which cost $278. But we didn't really sat at there during the race cause we were busy waiting for Charice, GD and TOP at Padang!

Well I really enjoyed myself but my shoes were half sunk in mud!

Food and drinks were really expensive, water cost up to $2 a bottle and coke was $3. Well, most of the audience were drinking beer actually.

So cute right? They put up the F1 cars on the Marina bay sands to show that they're supporting F1 too! The Cars were really loud till I had to put on ear plugs!I think one of the cars had an accident, the tyre went on fire! I think it was Malaysia's .

Charice was really cute and sweet looking! I love her songs, she sang Pyramid, one day, before it explodes. She even sang Adele's Rolling in the deep and Tamia's Officially missing you. Well if you don't know these songs, you better go check it out cause their awesome!She sang to us her new hit, Infinity which is i her new album.And she's launching her new album next month at Japan. Let's hope her new album will be released in Singapore soon!

Top GDragon and Seungri were suppose to perform for 50mins but the first like, 15mins? There was this DJ jamming some songs from 2NE1 so it ate up the first 15mins!!!!!

I managed to take videos of TOP and G dragon but it's not so clear anyway I'll still show you guys!

I love the part when TOP said, "I'm Top", OMG I MELTED!!! HE'S SOOOOOO CHARMING!!!!

Been really busy with studies, remedials etc. and I got back my Prelim results. Not that fantastic but I managed to fit the criteria to go up to Sec 5. But I ain't gonna be complacent! I can do better! It's just.. idk why did I did so bad for my Prelims. Perhaps I gotta work harder? and my heart ache because I was 0.7% away from a A1 for my Amaths! I had soooo many careless mistakes! OH NICOLETTE! HOW CARELESS CAN YOU BE! Anyway! So.. a quick update about last week..

Okay so... Last week I went to town one day after school with mummy and bought my Diana Instant back and new lens for diana!

Happy 46th Birthday Singapore!

Okay! So last minute went to Marina Barrage to see fireworks. Luckily Eugenius went earlier so we had space to sit down! Went there, Eugenius, Cassandra, Gaston, Bryan, Nicholas and Boyi were there already. I bought chips only. The fireworks were displayed around 8+. Wasn't really nice, still prefer countdown fireworks! After the celebration many people left. Played Donkey and bluff with Cassandra, Eugenius, Bryan and baby. Super fun! I literally laughed till I teared!

After awhile, the rest left first and me baby Eugenius and Cassandra left later on. Ok this is nightmare. We were walking back to Marina Bay MRT. Then we saw a short cut so we like wanted to take that shortcut. Then we ended up at the Express way opposite Marina Bay Sands. We were like fuck! We're lucky I had GPS so we managed to go to Marina Bay MRT after all. But I tell you.. The walking period back to Marina MRT was so horrible. Somemore I had a blister on my leg. Lesson learn, never take short cuts.

Went to Marina Square's Mcdonald to meet the rest of them. It was like 11:15pm then. The rest left first so Eugenius Cassandra me and baby had our supper. After supper we managed to catch the last train back! My eyes hurt so bad! Another lesson learn, ALWAYS bring out contact lens casing. Was constantly dozing off in the MRT as it was a long journey home. I was taking the red line! I reached home like around 1+. Bathed and straight away went to bed.

Hello! i did not post for a week? Because I was so busy studying for my Prelims and finishing my DnT coursework, and yay! I have finally officially submitted my DnT coursework! Prelims are done! and one step closer to N levels. Alright so to relax a little after studying so hard for prelims I went to town yesterday to catch "Rise of the plant of the apes".

Overall I rate it maybe 7/10? Because it was a little draggy and the ending was a little weird :/ But still a nice show! Gotta catch it!!

after the movie went to look for jy and twins at Fareast then went to topshop and got my lipstick! Otw to topshop, saw a like running competition outside of topshop. Many celebrities were there. Saw Jade seah and I'm not sure what were the names of the rest but some of them were from the previous channel 8 9pm show, "Ah Di"/Devotion.

My camera sucked as I didn't brought my SLR out.

Then we went to Somerset and went to Charlie Brown Cafe because I was famished and friends wanted to get something to quench their thirst.

The ceiling so cute right? This place totally reminds me of Snoopy Palace! Really miss it! :(

I really looked so weird in the photos and my fringe was really irritating me! So I had to flip it to one corner. The weather was killing me y'know.

See! They even provided Snoopy comic books for customers to read. There were many variates of snoopy books.

My Italian baked rice! well.. I expected more because I paid almost 10 bucks for it!

After Charlie brown cafe the twins and jy left and me and baby went to Yoshinoya. Guess I was still hungry after the small serving of Italian baked rice! :/

After went to Fareast to shop and got myself a new leopard high waist! Okay thats all. Gotta prepare to go JP john little! CIAO1

Racial Harmony day

Yesterday was Racial Harmony Day! Was the most fun day of 2011! Almost half of our class dressed up as different races. That was my first time wearing a traditional costume to school in my years of secondary AND PRIMARY! fun experience! But very warm !

Well, to me, Peranakan is a very unique culture. It's a combination of a chinese and a malay. I use to hear stories that back at the old days, the elder Nyonyas were very strict and very fierce with the younger Nyonyas. So much for being so traditional huh. But now, so modern already, I doubt elder Nyonyas will still be so strict anymore!

Another thing is that I LOVE PERANAKAN FOOD!!! OK not all but some ok!! I shall mention a few...

Harry potter

Hello. How was your weekend? I went to watch Harry Potter on sunday. The cinema was packed! I can say it was quite interesting, a little predictable for me. I just can't believe that this is the last Harry Potter. It's like the end of my childhood memories. I watched harry potter since I was little. It's like growing up with them, haha!

I miss times when I was young and enjoyed watching Harry potter sooo much. I still can't believe it's the end! :( Hope they'll make more next time or write more books of HP. Emma Watson is so so pretty in the movie. From young she already looks so gorgeous lor...

As she grew older she became more and more gorgeous!

So jealous~ Anyway before the movie I went to the twin's cousin's birthday at mcs? Free McDonalds!!! Nom nom, ate a lot. Tried the new chocolate melts. Well If you are really a chocolate lover, you'll love it. But it's very sweet.

Won't be updating so often. Prelims starts on the 28 of july. Not much time left till my N levels. Oh well, wish me all the best :)

Hello people. Ok First part of the post just wanna say.. I watched Transformers 3 some day last week! It was fantastic even though the front part was a little draggy! and so.. yesterday I went town to do some shopping at the new F21 @ Orchard Xchange and TopShop sales! got myself 4 pair of socks from topshop as they were selling real cheap and some other clothes from F21 too.

Bonjour. IT'S THE WEEKENDS! LIKE FINALLY! This week has been a tiring week! Been staying in school just to do my DnT coursework. It's real tiring! Anyway monday is a holiday because it's youth day! Will be going to watch a movie and bake and study after. I went to Serangoon Nex yesterday after school, 1hour trip from King albert park to hougang. Serangoon nex is really big. Didn't have enough time to walk around the whole mall, but it's definitely bigger than Ion to me. Some random photos and ending this post cause Emmeline's coming over to study with me!

Btw, Coco's "In heat" which is always mistaken for menstruation, came yesterday!!! But it wasn't that much. Can't strelize her yet as mention from the vet cause it'll have side effects. Must wait 1 - 2 months. and I think she sprained her leg... :( Or maybe she's having muscle spasm. Will bring her to the vet tomorrow for check up.

Flea + Food Fair

Hello! So Yesterday, yes! I went to the Flea and the Food fair at EXPO hall 5. Didn't bought much stuff from the flea as it wasn't what I expected! But Got a few cosmetics and some other cute stuff like a dress for Coco!

The Food fair was kinda disappointing as I wanted to eat roasted duck but they didn't have it! But I ate Suan Pan zi and shark fin's soup! :)

These are some of the cosmetics I bought. BAD Gal Lash is THE BEST MASCARA EVER OK!
If you haven't tried it go down to any Benefit shop now and get it! It's worth the price, gives you volume + length! and it doesn't like harden your lashes like some other mascara does. Well my first time trying BAD gal pencil eyeliner so I will give my comments after I used it ;) The fan brush is MAC's, it was so difficult to find and i finally found it! Thank God!

My mum also bought this eyeshadow palette from MAC. It's expensive if you buy from MAC outlets but their like selling so cheap at the flea!!!

After that we went to the Airport and guess what I bought....

MY FAV VICTORIA'S SECRET BODY MIST AND MY KINDER SURPRISE!!!! I ate all my kinder surprise already and did all the toys hehe~ Well for the Body mist, I'M LOVING IT! IT SMELLS SOOOO FRUITY. Its suppose to be used after a bath. Mines "Berry kiss". I got mine at just $18 because their not charging GST at the Airport for now due to GSS. So hurry down and get yours now!

Hello!! I meet my poopies, Anna and Carissa today(24/06). Miss them lots esp anna weee!
It's 2:08AM now.. Okay I'll carry on with the post ..

So.. Today went to trim eyebrows with Carissa at Clementi and went to Bugis to meet Anna to go Haji lane. But before that we had lunch. Was really lost as it's been a really long time since I went Haji Lane! and finally we found our way, our face melted.

After went to walk at Bugis village awhile. Then went to Henderson bridge!!!!

Last Saturday I went to watch Kung Fu panda at the new Lido!

The movie was really awesome, I think it's better than the first one! But quite sad at some scenes! Funny thing that happened: Free Polaroid picture taken, actually it was to advertise to us to go to scape, haha!

I finally tried to set meal. It was a lot! Too much for me to eat!

Monday went to meet the twins at Causeway point early in the morning and caught the movie LaddaLand. Was not as nice as i expected it to be!

After the movie the guys came and we went to Seoul garden for our lunch! Been ages since I last ate there! Ate a lot! We even tried to fry our own scramble egg.

It looks disgusting doesn't it? But the taste isn't that bad!... I guess :/

Hello!! Study day camp starts from tomorrow till friday. Lessons all the way till 3pm and from 3pm - 5pm there's interclass games ;( . Soo tired.. been going back school for the past two days, doesn't even feel like Holidays even started.. Anyway on my previous post I mentioned that I watch a movie called Insidious, well here's the trailer, it's still in Cinemas, NC16, catch it while you can! :)

Anyway... Today I had my first Yoga class!! Was quite interesting, did lots of stretching and pretty relaxing. 11 more lessons to go! I paid 55 bucks for 12 lessons. So worth it right! Looking forward to next weeks lesson! ^.^

Bonjour!! Gonna go back school later on to finish up my product if I can! Well what happened this week? Whole week was busy with my coursework. From 8am to 4pm. Intensive DnT. Got my report book back, ain't too happy with my results. So disappointed that I failed my Amaths.. oh well, Gotta work extra hard from now onwards.

Swimming and Gym. + Dinner BBQ Steamboat

Hello! Blogger was down the day before ytd...? So I didn't update. So YUP MYE ARE OVER....! Gonna take a VERY SHORT break and then continue to study for N level :(. Oh well, the amath paper was difficult, I'm sure I'm gonna fail Paper 1 but Paper 2 was more manageable! Lucky! ;)

Anyway Friday was my Dnt paper and I totally screwed it. I took less than an hour to complete the whole paper and I literally slept throughout. So after Dnt Paper went to Joanne's condo for a swim, but before swim, it was cloudy so we stayed in and they played Monopoly Deal while watching Predators.
Then after awhile we went down, as usual I can't swim so I just use the board and float around while Yujia and bby swimming and playing. After swim, went to Sauna!!!! My hair feels soo good after that ^.^. Maybe I should go like.. once every 2 weeks or smth. After that we went to the gym. Worked out a little. Then went back and eat and play Monopoly Deal again. Was super fun!!!

then yesterday i went to change braces colour!!! To rainbow. My teeth hurts now :( . After braces appointment bby pick me up and we went to Turf City with his friends. His friends are funny xp. Had BBQ steamboat dinner there. About 14 of us and then they gotta join the circle tables. So funny x) . Didn't really eat much, I ate tons of cockles. After that went to see them play soccer at Bukit Batok CC. then... WENT TO BUY FROLICK! YUMMM!!!! and then home :) . I'll upload the photos when farah uploads it on Facebook or smth :)

Happy mother's day!

I went to visit granny and went to orchard earlier on ^.^ . Well I sorta celebrated Mother's day earlier last Sunday, with my darling and mummy!! I didn't mention on my blog but we went to ate Dian Xiao Er at Jurong Point.

So Today, finally went to town and found a dress for my confirmation! Took quite long to decide which cause I must buy something I like and is white which is very rare! So got this dress from F31 for 39bux.

Orchard Central to finally get my Hello kitty Speaker. and Iphone white is out. I don't think it's really that fascinating. My mum's patiently waiting for the Iphone 5, but heard a rumor that Apple said they didn't want to release it anymore or smth. and Heard another rumor that it'll be released during July or September this year,true or not? I don't know!

Giant asteroid set to narrowly miss Earth

A giant asteroid will only just miss earth later this year, according to NASA.

The huge rock, dubbed YU55, will pass within 201,700 miles of our planet in November.

If it crashes into earth the impact would be equivalent to 65,000 atomic bombs, while the crater would be six miles wide and 2,000 ft deep.

The asteroid, which weighs 55 million tons and is 1,300ft wide, will be the largest ever object to get so close to our planet. It orbits the sun every 14 months.

It will be closer to us than the moon, which is on average 238,855 miles away and will be visible through a small telescope.

The best times to view it will be between 23:28 on 8 November and 07:13 on 9 November (UK time).

According to NASA spokesman Dave Yeomans, there is no chance YU55 will crash into earth… for the time being. He said in statement: “YU55 poses no threat of an Earth collision over, at the very least, the next 100 years.”

He added: “During its closest approach, its gravitational effect on the Earth will be so minuscule as to be immeasurable. It will not affect the tides or anything else.”

Nonetheless, it has been officially labeled a ‘potentially hazardous object’ by the space agency.

YU55 was discovered by Robert McMillan, head of the NASA-funded Spacewatch Program at the University of Arizona in 2005, but it’s not the only ‘near-earth object’ they are monitoring.

NASA are also keeping tabs on WN5, an asteroid that will pass the planet in 2028, and ‘99942 Apophis’, a celestial body measuring 1,200 ft which could zoom past us on April 13 2036.

They also believe an even bigger asteroid has a one-in-a-thousand chance of colliding with earth in 2182.

Interesting news that I can across on Yahoo news yesterday. I don't know if it's true. but seems so scary right? If it hit earth, it's equivalent to 65,000 atomic bombs. DIY Fish eye lens

Hi! I'm just home. Leqi went to get her Olympus camera today.

Leqi's new baby, Gorgeous isn't she ! :)

And we got some materials to make out own fish eye lens, but the image didn't turn out that clear, but oh well! We only spent like 6 bucks on materials!

So what you will need is...

1) Door Viewer

2) some vanguard sheet or any kinda hard paper, smth like this

3) double sided tape, duck tape.

and..

4) this very soft thingy idk what isit called... I used thick double sided tapes.

Soo... Ok I took the thick double sided tapes and wrap it around my door viewer till it's the size of my camera lens. Then I took the vanguard sheet and made it as a cover to slot it into my camera lens. So it'll look something like this...

Tada! Make sure the diameter of your "fish eye lens" is slightly bigger than your digital lens/SLR lens as you gotta slot it in.

So the inside it'll look something like this.. tada

Ignore the tapes inside .

Hello! Anyway I celebrated an early mother's day. One with my mum another with my Grandma. Been drinking KOI for the pass few weeks, gotta stop this addiction!

So did you guys catch the Royal wedding on Friday. Kate and Prince William are like a couple make in heaven! So sweet!

The story was like .. The prince attended a fashion show where Kate Middleton was the model and somehow he fell in love with her. So much for love at first sight? hahaha. Then they started to date and I guess they fell in love!! So sweet right?! They were together for.. 8years? But they broke up for a few months cause Prince William didn't wanted what happened to Princess Diana to happen to Kate. SO SWEET RIGHT, But in the end they got back together and now they're married!!

I watched a few parts of the wedding, they're so sweet :( . I wanna get married too!!!! hahaha... This like sorta made me think what was my ideal wedding , so I'm gonna share it with you guys. Not that I'm literally getting married now, but to us girls it's fun for us to fantasize about weddings!! Well to me it is!

Honestly, I'm not a fan of big and grand weddings. I prefer small and simple weddings. hehe!! But still long way man... :( . Now I gotta go thru my N and O levels first. hehe. But I hope the world won't end on 2012, So unfair if it did!!!

Anyway I was playing with Imovie recently and I made a video of my USA trip and a super funny trailer about my USA trip too. The trailer was for fun. The USA trip video consist of only SF, Gilroy and Las Vegas. It isn't that nice as I didn't really know how to use Imovie, Part 2 will be up sometime soon.. hehe :) Let's hope that Part 2 will be better!

Baked cookies with my darling yesterday. Was delicious but idk why next few attempts of baking it failed! First batch was the best!! Next thing I'm gonna try to cook will be Mac & Cheese. I remember I did it once and I loved it! Talking about Mac and Cheese, it's been awhile since I last it. ;(

I broke down. It's been awhile. Maybe I'm just too stressed.
YF, I'm so sorry. I totally let my emotions take over me. I didn't even hesitate before saying we need to space out. I'm sorry. Such things will never ever happen again. I promise.

To my friends, I'm sorry if I have not been there for you. I'll try better, and hope you guys can understand.
As for my studies.. I don't know..perhaps am stressed about upcoming exams and N levels. Well.. I don't really feel too good now .. But somehow Coco seem to cheered me up, and just looking at pictures of her really lighten me up and made me smile. So dogs really do know how to cheer us when we're down.

Hello guys, I'm sick today and really bored so am doing a post about Aurora Borealis! and also know as Northern Lights. Heard bout it? It's about time you do! This is one of nature's beauty, and one of the places I must go before I die! Ok so if you don't wanna see this wordy introduction about Aurora Borealis pls just ignore this part and scroll down~~~

What is a Aurora?

An aurora (plural: auroras or aurorae) is a natural light display in the sky, particularly in the polar regions, caused by the collision of charged particles directed by the Earth's magnetic field. An aurora is usually observed at night and typically occurs in the ionosphere. It is also referred to as a polar aurora or, collectively, as polar lights. These phenomena are commonly visible between 60 and 72 degrees north and south latitudes, which place them in a ring just within the Arctic and Antarctic polar circles.[citation needed] Auroras do occur deeper inside the polar regions, but these are infrequent and often invisible to the naked eye.

What causes the Aurora Borealis?
During the early 19th century, some of the best scientific minds of the period believed that the aurora was caused by the reflection of sunlight from tiny ice crystals suspended high in the atmosphere. It remained for the Norwegian physicist Anders Angstrom (1814-1874) to prove that this could not be true (The term "Angstrom" is probably familiar to high school physics students and to most people who deal with optics. It is a unit of distance used in measuring light wavelengths and is equal to 0.00000001 centimeters)...

When to see the Northern lights(Aurora)?
Seeing the northern lights, or the aurora borealis, as they are also known, is a jaw-dropping and mystical moment.
The lights are at their most frequent in late autumn and winter/early spring.
Between the autumn equinox and spring equinox (21 September - 21 March), it is dark between 6 pm and 1 am, and you have maximum chances of spotting the lights. However, the weather is also of importance, and September, October and November tend to be wet and snowless in the north.
From December the weather dries up, and there is normally plenty of snow. If you come in December or January, you experience the polar nights with atmospheric evenings and very short days.

Where to see the Northern Lights?
In order to get full value from the show you should avoid the full moon and places with a lot of light as they make the experience considerably paler. Also remember to wrap up warmly.
Theoretically, you can see the northern lights all over Norway. However, the best places are above the Arctic Circle in Northern Norway.
The northern lights belt hits Northern Norway in the Lofoten Islands, and follows the coast all the way up to the North Cape. This means that no other place on earth offers better chances of spotting the lights, and one location in this area might be as good as another. In fact, one often observes the same northern lights in the Lofoten as in Tromsø, just from a different angle. The driest weather, giving clear skies, is found inland, statistically providing the best chances, but with strong eastern winds, the coast can be clearer than inland areas.

Activities under the northern lights
Aurora is an unpredictable lady, and you never know when she will decide to turn up. This diva keeps you waiting, so whenever you go hunting for the northern lights above the Arctic Circle, make sure you set aside the whole evening. Northern lights worshippers do everything from cross-country skiing to building snowmen in order to keep warm and entertained while outside.

Be Patient..
When dreaming about seeing the northern lights, you must remember that you are at the complete mercy of nature. The northern lights love to play hide and seek. Observing the aurora borealis is often a tug of war between your patience and the aurora itself. Stay in the northern lights area at least a week, preferably two, and you will be rewarded - unless local weather suddenly decides to obstruct your view with clouds.

So yeah.. Just a rough summary of Aurora Borealis. Beautiful isn't it? Well, you can view the Aurora not only at norway but at places like...

1) Bear Lake (Alaska)

Bear Lake (one of a dozen lakes by this name in Alaska) is near the town of Seward and Resurrection Bay, in the Kenai Peninsula Borough on the Kenai Peninsula in the U.S. state of Alaska. It is accessible from Bear Creek Road, which connects it to the Seward Highway.

2) Fairbanks, Alaska

Fairbanks (pronounced /ˈfɛərbæŋks/) is a home rule city in and the borough seat of the Fairbanks North Star Borough, Alaska, United States. Fairbanks is the largest city in the Interior region of Alaska, and second largest in the state behind Anchorage. It is the principal city of the Fairbanks, Alaska Metropolitan Statistical Area which encompasses all of the Fairbanks North Star Borough and is the northernmost Metropolitan Statistical Area in the United States.

3) Lapland (Sweden)

Lapland (Swedish: Lappland, Latin: Lapponia) is a province in northernmost Sweden. It borders Jämtland, Ångermanland, Västerbotten, Norrbotten, Norway and Finland. About a quarter of Sweden's surface area is in Lapland.
Lapland originally extended eastward. However, in 1809 the Russian Empire annexed the eastern part of the Swedish realm, and created the Grand Duchy of Finland, which in effect split Lapland into a Swedish part and a Finnish part, both of which still exist today.

4) Antarctica

Antarctica (pronounced /ænˈtɑrktɪkə/ ( listen)) is Earth's southernmost continent, encapsulating the South Pole. It is situated in the Antarctic region of the southern hemisphere, almost entirely south of the Antarctic Circle, and is surrounded by the Southern Ocean. About 98% of Antarctica is covered by ice that averages at least 1.6 kilometres (1.0 mi) in thickness.

I was like searching for tour groups in Singapore who brings us to see the Aurora Borealis but none of them do! That's so sad.. I think I'm just gonna fly over there myself and see it hahaha! Damn.. Hello! My mum brought coco to grooming today as I was sleeping like a pig x.x . Coco smells so sweet and fruity now, love her to the max! ^.^

Went to Jurong point to get stationaries and bought Gucci Perfume,"Envy me" and new school bag! Like finally bought a new school bag, my eastpak bag is spoiling my shoulders and making my back ache worst ;-( .

Anyway going to the second part of this post, Lomography! Many people often ask me what is Lomography... Well..

Hello people. Didn't post for a few days as I was really busy with school. Last Wednesday was the last day of CCA, yippee! But I think I'm gonna miss CCA like hell after EC starts on Wednesdays ! I got borderline/fail marks for my emaths test. Feeling dishearten, but this also makes me feel that I should study harder to archive better marks! Mid years are coming! I gotta buck up already.

Went to Cine to watch SCREAM 4 yesterday, baby didn't found it that nice but I thought it was nice and very thrilling, hahaha. Just like the other 3 parts. After the movie, we went for dinner with my mum at Sushi Tei! Enjoyed my Salmon Sashimi!!!!

Ok, So... today was reading the news paper and I came across this article..

SINGAPORE - A tiff over chopsticks led a man to kill his girlfriend two years ago, the High Court heard yesterday.

On March 6, 2009, at about 11.30pm, Malaysians Chong Kar Yan and Tan Teck Soon met a friend at the hawker centre beside the Bedok bus interchange.

Ms Chong, 20, ordered a bowl of fishball noodles and later asked Tan, then 19, to get an extra pair of chopsticks, but he refused to do so.

Ms Chong, a waitress, was unhappy and refused to talk to Tan, relenting only when the welder tried to pacify her by feeding her a fishball.

However, throughout the meal, Ms Chong was using her mobile phone to make calls and send SMSes, incurring his wrath.

When the couple, who had been together for five months, went home that night, they continued to quarrel and went to the 12th floor of a block of flats in Ang Mo Kio.

During the quarrel, Ms Chong told Tan that they could not change their tempers.

Tan took this to mean she was trying to end their relationship and decided to die with her.

He then pushed her over the parapet.

Seeing that she was dead, Tan then ran towards the parapet and flung himself over it.

His fall was broken by some metal scaffolding that had been erected as part of the lift upgrading works and he survived.

Tan, who yesterday pleaded guilty to culpable homicide, will be sentenced on Friday.

Yesterday Japan got hit by another earthquake again...

TOKYO (Dow Jones)--A strong earthquake with a 7.1 magnitude hit the Tohoku region on Monday, the same area that was devastated by the March 11 quake and tsunami, Japanese authorities said, with tremors felt as far away as central Tokyo as downtown office buildings shook.

The quake struck at 17:16 JST (0816 GMT), with the Japan Meteorological Agency issuing a tsunami warning of waves up to 1 meter, far below the 20-30 meter waves that struck after the 9.0 temblor a month earlier.

There were no immediate reports of damage or injury. Tokyo Electric Power Co. (9501.TO) said it was checking its Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant, which has sustained significant damage since the March 11 quake. A spokesman said there was no immediate increase in radiation levels at the plant, at which workers were told to temporarily withdraw to secure areas.

The quake was centered 30 km southwest off the coast of Fukushima and was a relatively shallow 10 km under the sea.

My dear friend has lost her pet cat.

The cat ran away from Marsiling Block 153 on the 6th April 2011 at evening.

Her name is Xiaoqing.

The cat is Brownish Grey and has a dark line at her back.

It has a short tail.

Her face is a little wounded and it likes to stroll around especially at night.

It is slightly fatter than usual cat size.

To people living around Marsiling/Woodlands area, please help to look out for this cat as it really means a lot to my friend. She has been with this cat for 3 years and the cat is injured and she is worried about the cat. I hope many kind souls out there can help and just look out for the cat!! Spent like 2hours + today at Marsiling estate finding for Xiaoqing. Sweat like mad, legs hurt to the max. Bitten by mosquitoes. But in the end, we didn't find the cat. The care takers of the cat told us the wrong information and caused us to search at the wrong place for bloody 2hours. Fuck! Majong

Hello! To summarize, today after church, went to meet YF, Brendan, Jiayan and Yujia at Alex's Condo. In the end, can't play Majong at his house so we all literally took a bus with the majong table to my house. Surprisingly, no one looked at us!

Played Majong all the way from 4pm to 830pm. From my 50cents, I earn around 3 bucks, more or less! Got the kick of majong! A little addicted! Nono Nicolette , no gambling!! But it was really fun!! and stress... after playing the last round, all of our faces were red. Around 9pm, we went to eat Zichar nearby my house. First time eating Zichar with my friends! Was super delicious as we ordered pork, sambal kang kong, seaweed soup and fried chicken wings. Alex finished all of the chicken wings. He can really eat a lot, yet he's still so skinny. Envious :( . Ok there's school tomorrow, shall end this post here. Will find smth interesting to blog abt T.T . ciao!

Hello! didn't trim my eyebrows, I know it looks like triangle :( :( :( .
I totally hate my fringe now, thats the reason why I'm starting to pin it up and go to school, my fringe was totally screwed by me, swear to myself to never attempt to trim my fringe ever again. I'll just make it worst! I went to Canon's HQ for course today. Gained much more information about my camera from the course. Really helpful.

Saw this people dancing at JP to advertise for the clothes they're wearing.

Soo.... Today I bought 3 bags, 1 YSL 2 Fred perry. Each only cost around 25 bucks, i'm serious. They're authentic, but their not those kind which are the very good ones which can cost up to a few hundreds. The ones I bought comes with the Magazines, well the design was really cute and it was kinda worth the price.

The designs are super cute and I think that it's really worth it! So go down to Kinokuniya one of this weekends! @ Bugis Junction and Takashimaya, those are the only ones I know of!

Two years ago Chris Medina’s girlfriend became his fiance when he popped the question at Starbucks where she worked. Unfortunately in October of 2009 Juliana Ramos was driving home from work, at about 3:30 am. Her car was struck leaving her almost paralyzed and severely brain damaged. The wedding was placed on hold, due to her health and the rising medical costs. It is so sad as the couple seemed to be so happy.

HAPPY APRIL FOOLS DAY!!!

SCARY ANOT THIS PIC, OUR EYES BIG RIGHT, HAHA!!

Yesterday I went to play Majong at Yujia's house. His house was nice, two stories and pretty neat too. Jiayan is a Manjong Queen, she won twice, me and Yifeng only won once! Yujia.. Aiya no need say la hahaha. He's a beginner, seriously everytime we hang out with him he always make us laugh like shit!

SO.....How was yr day? Did you get pranked and punked?! Well, I sure did :( . Shun bao and Jiayan ganged up to lie to me that they cracked my Iphone! Made me got so worked up and worried about what is my mum gonna say! I walked over to get my phone and they said "HAPPY APRIL FOOL". WTF RIGHT?! HAHAHA.

After school today, I went with Carrie to batok to eat Frolick, don't have my fruity pebbles so tried with smarties, love it to the max!! Hahaha, sat at frolick and waited for Emmeline and Zane to come.

After kidnapping and brutally assaulting two young women, a gang led by a prison escapee unknowingly finds refuge at a vacation home belonging the parents of one of the victims -- a mother and father who devise an increasingly gruesome series of revenge tactics.

Rented the movie "Last house on the left" as we thought it was a horror ghost movie but it turned out to be some sucky thriller movie. The first half of the movie was pretty boring and disgusting, the second half was more thrilling and that's when all the suspense came in. Overall, the storyline wasn't that interesting. I only rate it 6/10 cause the acting was good.

With Earth Hour almost upon us, our thoughts are with the people of Japan during this incredibly challenging and sad time for their country.

Well, I went to town seeing choirs singing for earth hour and I went to lid up a candle and placed it infront of Paragon! I finally watched World Invasion today, and it was awesome! 5 stars for me. I don't wanna elaborate so much as I'm really tired and I have church tmr!

My Tuition just ended! So my mum went for Business trip overseas and my babe came to overnight from Monday to tomorrow with me! Ya, I miss my mum! She facebook chat me a 2 days ago, asking me how am I and how's coco. She even told me she bought for me a Pink Long Champ. I was joking bout her buying for me before she left actually, but I didn't mean it! Anyway, I love her :) .

So didn't post ever since Sunday as was really busy with school, tuition and extra classes and chit chatting with Carrie till late at night. Hahaha, we watch some shows during the night while actually we should have been doing our assignments! Been reading Chicken soup again lately! I'm gonna buy a new one since I finished my previous 5 books of Chicken Soup. I mean, you guys should really read it, some of em are really inspirational. There are some really touching stories and stories about facing difficulties and obstacles in life.

These are some of the books that I have and I'm recommending you. Cause I finished reading it and found it really helpful at times!
Hahaha, it cost around maybe 23 bucks? I'm not sure! Available at all Populars but maybe don't have the one you want, if you can't find the one you want at Popular, try Kinokuniya! I only know it's located at Bugis and Orchard Taka, not sure bout other outlets. They have tons of Chicken soup!

I did laundry with Carissa just now, washed my clothes and Coco's bed as she pee all over it!! Managed to hang all my clothes and her bed at the bamboo stick outside my window :) So lucky that the weather was sunny just now so my clothes are now 3/4 dried! Tomorrow's me and baby's 4th month! But I don't think we'll be able to go out cause I have a test after school and tuition at 6pm. Mummy's coming home tomorrow!!!

DIY shorts design

Hello. I guess this shall be my last post before holiday officially ends at 12am tonight. So was really random and decided to do my own DIY shorts design.
So to do your own DIY shorts you'll need..

1) A pair of scissors, preferably one small and big.
2) Your shorts,pants?
3) Sewing kit, includes needles, threads etc.
4) Pencil, for outlines.

So... Step 1, take your shorts/pants, if it's a pants, you can cut it till shorts length or maybe you wanna leave it as a pants, idk, your preference. For me , I used my 3 quarters, I outlined and cut till shorts length.

Step 2, Take any cloth design you have. For me, I took floral prints cloth design, and I cut out the shape of my shorts back pocket, you can do the same for the front pocket you, like I said, your preference.

Step 3, After cutting the shape out, sew it to the place where you want it to be. I used black thread :S

Step 4, done with one side! As you can see, my sewing skills cmi :/ Now do the same with the other!

Step 5, This time I used white thread ;/ , and look! We're done! Your own DIY design shorts! The best part is you can't find this shorts anywhere coz you designed it! Haha.

So end results.. You'll have something like that...

Pretty? Hahaha, Maybe when you'll try it'll be, but mine, it just sucks cos of my sewing skills :/

Today was Coco's first grooming at pet store! Managed to take some photos of her and some videos, but will not be uploading the videos today as it'll take really long(I guess).

So ok shall talk bout 600D, so if you guys read my blog, you should have seen the video and specs about 600D that I posted right? Been using it for the past 2 days. Really easy to do, Some things I thought it's really cool in the camera is...

1) Guide Mode
Actually there's a guide inside, every mode you change to, they'll tell you what's that mode for.

What happened?

I'm sick and tired of facing up reality, life fucked me, life fucked everyone.
Went shopping with Jiayan and Shunbao on Thursday, enjoyed. Bought my SLR after. Took some shots, take a look.

It's quite similar to my Nikon just that there are many more functions to play with! I will be going for the complementary Canon photography course, I think it'll be a 2 - 3 hour course. If I like it, I might be signing up for the package course after my N/O levels to further upgrade my skills of photography .

For me, I'm still not sure what I want to do when I grow up. Thought of photography, but people around me are telling me that it'll bring me no where. But yes, money makes the world go round. How good will it be if your Job could be your hobbie. But that's a rare sight. Don't ever think photography will bring you no where, if you really put 101% effort, I'm sure one day you'll make a difference and show those who said you can't that actually you can. I love seeing photographers taking people's wedding photos. It's like.. you really can feel the joy of those two couples and somehow it makes me feel happy too, hahah ikr i'm weird! I wish I could travel around the world and take photos of different wonders of the worlds too, that's one of my biggest dreams and I'm not gonna say I can't do it. I shouldn't care what others say, that's their OPINION. I don't have to take their opinion into consideration on what to do next time. I mean my mum always tells me, if I really wanna pursue something you love, just go for it. There's no right or wrong. So to all people out there who wanna pursue something you really love to do but often always get put down by your friends/peers. Don't mind them, sometimes, their just jealous of you. Just go for what you really want. But you also must think of making an stable income first la! hahaha.

A massive 8.9/9.0 magnitude earthquake hit the Pacific Ocean nearby Northeastern Japan at around 2:46pm on March 11 (JST) causing damage with blackouts, fire and tsunami. On this page we are providing the information regarding the disaster and damage with realtime updates. The large earthquake triggered a tsunami warning for countries all around the Pacific ocean.

"There was a huge explosion" between 6:00 am (2100 GMT Monday) and 6:15 am at the number-two reactor of Fukushima No.1 nuclear power plant, a Tokyo Electric Power Co (TEPCO) spokesman said. The government also reported apparent damage to part of the container shielding the same reactor at Fukushima 250 kilometres (155 miles) northeast of Tokyo, although it was unclear whether this resulted from the blast.

Many of them lost their loved and beloved ones. Let's pray for Japan and the whole world to be safe and all the Natural disasters to stop. Let's pray to God to bless those who lost their family members. Lets pray that those whose death cause by the tsunami or earthquake to rest in peace in God's hands.

I managed to sell my Nikon D60! Apparently there were 4 buyers that were interested. Once I sell it away, gonna get canon 600D. Wait for me canon! The best part is I'm using my own money to buy the camera. Savings + Amount from D60, and I'll be paying the monthly installments. Am considering about photography lessons after my N levels. Really wanna learn more as the internet doesn't really teach much! Some pictures before I went to my church camp!

Was reading the internet news and I came across this article,

March 19 'Supermoon' May Cause Moonquakes, Scientist Says

There’s a supermoon on the rise next week. And according to Internet buzz, it’ll bring a scary surge in natural disasters around the globe.

No way, Jose: Numerous scientists have reassured the public that there's absolutely no correlation between disturbances on Earth and this rare lunar phase.

But the moon itself? That's another story.

On March 19, Earth’s satellite will be at its closest point to our planet in 18 years -- a mere 356,577 kilometers away. The event -- also called a lunar perigee -- was dubbed a "supermoon" by astrologer Richard Nolle back in the 1970s. The term is used to describe a new or full moon at 90% or more of its closest orbit to Earth. Next week, it will be at 100%.

Nolle is responsible for coining the upcoming event, and he’s also responsible for the latest buzz sweeping the Internet about how the supermoon will affect the planet. On his website Astropro, Nolle warns Earth’s inhabitants to prepare themselves during the “supermoon risk window,” which ranges from March 16 – 22. During this time, Nolle claims there will be an increase in supreme tidal surges, magnitude 5 or higher earthquakes, and even volcanic activity.

“If you look at the USGS website where they have all the significant earthquakes of 2011, you will find that 72.7% of them fall in the risk windows on my website,” Nolle told FoxNews.com. “The Christchurch earthquake happened on the last day of a supermoon window. The Haiti earthquake even happened in one of the time windows in my 2010 forecast -- which was published the year before.”

Scientific research said otherwise.

Peter Goldreich, an emeritus professor for the Astronomy and Planetary Science Department at Caltech University, notes that he and several other scientists have studied the moon for decades and have never found it to cause these natural disasters.

“There have been a lot of studies on whether earthquakes on our planet were triggered when the moon was closest to Earth, and no conclusive evidence has ever been found for that,” Goldreich told FoxNews.com. “The idea is that the strain builds up in the Earth until only a small little bit of extra gravitational force could tip it over and cause an earthquake, and this could come from the moon. But there’s been no absolutely no correlation for that.”

In fact, Goldreich said Earth isn’t the one in danger of experiencing some shaking.

“There is on the moon seismic activity connected with a lunar perigee,” Goldreich said. “These were detected by seismological instruments left on the moon by the Apollo astronauts. There was an effect, but it wasn’t enormous. But the moon did quake near perigee.”

Just like the orbits of planets around the sun, the moon’s path around the Earth is more elliptical than circular. So within each lunar cycle, there is a part of the orbit when it is closest to Earth and a part when it is farthest away (perigee and apogee, respectively). The tides normally change as the moon goes from perigee to apogee, and next week will be no different.

“You tend to have stronger tides near the full moon,” Gordon Johnston, planetary program executive for NASA, told FoxNews.com. “These will be the strongest tides of the month, but they won’t be much different from last year. They’re not that unusual from other tides around the full moon.”

Johnston said the biggest difference is purely cosmetic, with next week’s moon being a sight to behold.

“The moon will be a little closer than it was last year, 1/4,000 of a percent closer,” Johnston told FoxNews.com. “The distance between the Earth and the moon changes a lot in its orbit. Really the only change is that it appears bigger when it’s close. This coming full moon will be the brightest of the year.”

As for the theories purported by Nolle and other astrologers ... well, Johnston hopes that people don't take everything they hear at face value.

“We live in an age where information gets circulated around very quickly,” Johnston said. “So I would just say to do your research.”

Hi guys! I'm back from my church's camp! Or you can call it a retreat. Sorry I didn't mentioned I was going for a retreat as it was really a last minute decision. Honestly the retreat was pretty boring. But I had to go in order to get confirmed as a Catholic. Anyway, it was awesome as we got to sleep in aircon rooms! We had a lot of break times and we could like take afternoon naps. My neck is aching as I didn't bring my monkey pillow to the camp! :(

Anyway, Today after the Camp, baby picked me up at church. Went to Sakae with mum and ate sashimi till I was bloated! After that, I went to see my 600D, it came out already! It's super nice and cool!

Hello! am finally done with my amaths homework given on monday! I'm so proud of myself as I managed to complete every single question of it. Ms Tan gave us 5 exercises. I thought I needed to burn midnight oil but managed to complete everything before the clock struck 12! Anyway, didn't update for a few days as I'm really busy with extra classes , coursework and homework. Tomorrow will be having remedials all the way till 5.30 and tution at 7.30 :( . Next week holidays already starting to be filled up by extra classes and extra tuitions. Some pictures to lighten up my blog ^.^

Camp RAWK = Resilience Attitude Will-power Knowledge

Yes! I'm back from my 3day 2night camp. To summarize, it was sup soup! hahaha, new word learnt from camp, it means like very good or smth like that la! Anyway, I don't have pictures cause I didn't smuggle my phone or camera into camp. Surrendered all my valuables. This is gonna be a very long and wordy post so sorry if it bores you cause I seriously don't have any pictures of camp! Will upload em if my teachers upload the photos!

So ... First day of camp, I was very reluctant to go and like very reluctant to participate in any activities. The worst news on the first day of camp was I just found out that the camp was a MILITARY CAMP. Yeah, a MILITARY CAMP. No kidding.. :( I was like ... "wth.." Ya, so arrived at camp site and they were like starting to rush us like.. we were suppose to squeeze together within 3 seconds, fall in within 30 - 20 seconds. The activities on first day were really fun. Actually I didn't want to participate the Mine Field cause I gotta crawl in mud and mud get poured all over me. But in the end I did. It was fun actually, and come to think of it now, if I didn't participate in Mine field, I might have really regretted that opportunity. The party at night was SUP SOUP! Everyone was singing along and forming human trains!

Second day, morning had some dorm inspection. The PMs were to check our dorms and how we placed our stuff. The girls dorm had like 77 mistakes, which is equivalent to 77 consequences. The guys had 200+ , somehow they added both became like 500+ ? We had to do like 500 success claps. It was tiring, but we managed to get through it altogether as a School. After morning pt, breakfast! Then after breakfast was activities, can say I put like around 80% in all the activities on the second day. But SOC I put in 100%! It was the most fun activity of the day! Seriously it was really fun! We managed to complete it within 38seconds! So... After all activities was the 7km walk! During the walk, everyone was tired, but we didn't give up, managed to complete it! Most importantly, we completed it together! as a class, as a school.

After that, was some advanced programme which were only for 4 students from each class and I was chosen. We were suppose to pen down our goals in life on a piece of paper, and then we were told to hold the paper 90 degrees straight up with our hands for 1hour and 6minutes. Honestly at first when they told me to do that, I had no confidence that I can even hold my paper for that long. On the process of me holding, the PMs went around and then some of them came to me, they tore my paper, said I should give up, said a lot of discouraging things, but that didn't stop me from holding onto my goals, and then my PM came, she told me to visualize my goals really happening. I teared, I'm not really someone who really tear that easily.. But frankly I really felt a whole lot of emotions going through my mind during that 1 hour and 6 minutes. After all the pain of holding onto my goals, I managed to complete holding it for that 1 hour and 6 minutes. What was this activity trying to convey? It's telling you that.. If you can't even hold up your goals for 1 hour, how are you going to face all obstacles in life that are coming ahead which is worst than the pain of your arms holding onto your goals. That really hit me, that programme sorta made a impact in my life.

After the programme was the graduation ceremony. Got our certs and watched performance, everyone was great! So Third day, area cleaning debrief. Our PMs told us lots of inspirational stories and never to give up in life. 5 Principles learnt from this camp,

1.Choices have consequences, yes I do agree, whatever choice you make in life, there are always consequences, so make the right choice.
2.One for all, All for one, united as a school, whatever mistakes we make, we will share the consequences and go through it together as one.
3.If I can't, then I must, If you think you can't do it, just tell yourself you must do it. Nothing is impossible. Impossible actually means. I M POSSIBLE.
4.There is no failure, only Leaning Experiences, Even if you didn't managed to reach your goal, don't be discourage, these are life's Leaning experiences. From this experiences, we can grow and learn from our mistakes.
5.Do it once, do it fast, do it right, Don't delay, if you wanna do something, do it once, fast and right. Remember, choices have consequences.

So far, this camp is one of the best Camps I've ever attended. Maybe because I didn't really attend much camps hahaha. This camp was under Adam Khoo. Go google him if you wanna find out more, Singapore Vision Farm camp. This camp really.. made a great impact in my life.

Hi! I'm back from Emiline's house. Before heading to her house today, I went Shopping with Mummy at Vivo city! Finally went to Topshop to get my poka dots high waist shorts and a few more items and applied for Membership card ! Gotta wait about one month to collect my card.

Anyway, after that, I went to Harvey Norman to look at SLRs. Those who know.. I'm still trying to sell of my D60 :( . I'm not gonna get Nikon anymore, don't get me wrong, Nikon is good. But I wanna get Canon for a change. This idea of getting Canon has been running in my mind for the past few months. I've used my SLR for 2 years, managed to pick up some basic skills of it, so if you were to ask me if I prefer a digital or SLR, I would definitely choose a SLR. Now, Olympus has a new model, P series or smth? It's a Digital + DSLR Camera, It has the features of a SLR and the size of a digital, the lens can be changed too. But I think a SLR suits my preference more.

After vivo I went to Emiline's house, Emiline has Canon 550D, the one I wanted to get! But she recommended me 60D, more costly, higher than a entry level camera. Tried her camera, really liked it a lot. Anyway, the guys and Jiayan and Xiaofei were betting and playing cards while me and emiline stayed in her room awhile chit chatting and seeing DSLR cameras. Hahaha, had fun today :) .

Our 3rd month, we watched 127 hours , was really nice. The guy really had the will to survive. You should watch it,

Anyway this show is based on a true story and it's NC16 due to gruesome scenes. Perhaps you can check if it's on Funshion or some other online movie website.

Anyway something funny happened, we went to watch Donkey live, then Donkey happened to choose me and I gotta say my name where was I from bla bla etc, and then he asked Yifeng to come out too and we said we knew each other for 4 years. Donkey then draw to the assumption that we like each other and then he made us stand in the centre infront of 100 of people and was like saying "Will you, Nicolette take this man as your husband" and "Will you Yifeng, take this woman as your wife?" I was really really really shy!! I didn't dare to look up!! This was an memorable event which I won't forget :)

Happy Valentines day!

After school straight went to Lot 1 to watch Just go with it. It's a comedy + Romance show. Actually wanted to watch The Rite, But I think I'll wait YF to be 16 then we can watch it LEGALLY together keke ;) . Back to the movie, just a brief introduction of it...

Hello sunshines. Today was very packed and rushing. First went to have breakfast then visited my Grandmother as she was in the Hospital, after that went to collect coco :) . Brought her home, she's so cute!!

\Hello. btw just wishing a happy lunar new year to everyone! So how's everyone's CNY? Mine's the same as every year. Yesterday went to visit relatives and great grandmother. Amount of money collected from hong bao is around the same as last year.

Today went to visit Carissa's house. Her mum is an awesome cook. We watched several movies and some of them gambled with cards. I only play majong or cheat, but there wasn't any :( Left her house around 1040pm. I don't want elaborate anymore!!! So tired. Pictures, more in fb I guess.

Hi, somehow I miss USA :( I wish I can go back there for hols..
Tomorrow's CNY Eve and the day after will be CNY! I love CNY, go around collecting hong baos(red packets). I'll save all my money collected from CNY :) Day 2 of CNY will be going to several friends house to bai nian!

Class gathering buffet was fun, but the food wasn't enough, okay so now I know 4-6 people have very big appetite!!! So gotta order more the next outing which is after N levels I guess :( .

Hello, headed to town today, was sort of a last minute decided. Actually I planned to stay home and spring clean my house with my mum, totally failed. Shopped with Baby, Leqi, Carissa and Jon for more CNY clothes. Had Own town coffee for dinner, cheated me. 8 Bucks chicken curry and they gave me a small bowl with a chicken thigh and some small potatoes only. I will never go there anymore.

Finally bought the pants I was looking for. It's been raining for almost the whole day. I love rainy days, I can snuggle into my bed and sleep cozily :)

Hello. Busy with many homework and DnT coursework recently.
Tried frozen yogurt recently, so nice!! Omg. Went to eat Thai Express tday, baby treat me, I feel bad. But he doesn't want to let me pay him back! I hope he likes the gift I bought ;) . He bought for me a toy rose and windmill, haha. So cute right.

I didn't update the past few days coz was busy with school and etc.

On tuesday, I went to the library and borrowed a book, "Better because of you", This book shows you how to make life just a little bit better in all 7 facets of your life. Wednesday, I attended CCA, there's another gardening competition coming up again. Thursday, I went to play pool, just to relax myself a lil!

and today, FRIDAY! I love fridays! It marks the end of school for the week! Guess how I spent mine? I went to Jurong Point after school because I had sudden cravings for Meesua! hahaha.

Anyway I have already started on my DnT and been revising for Amath. I gotta catch up with my other subjects. Recently, been watching 90210. I just started, currently still at season 1. It's really addictive! Silver's really pretty in the show. Go watch it if you haven't ;)

Anyway, my previous post I was talking about getting a dog. My parents are really going to get one for me. YIPPEE, I'M SO HAPPY. I'll be going to see the dogs which I want this Saturday and most probably bringing it back if there's nothing wrong with it! ^^ . I'm only interested in Maltese, Yorkie or Schnauzer. Most probably getting maltese because they're so adorable and cuteee!!!

Day 2 of school, feeling so shag. To anyone taking N's this year, are you confident? Honestly speaking, I'm not. I don't feel I'm prepared to take my N's.

I was counting roughly how many points will I get. I guess I'd use Amath, Science and DnT as my 3 other best subjects. But I know the best thing I can do to help myself is to study hard, listen in class and do revisions.

To Sec 1,2,3, don't take studies as a joke. When you come to Sec 3/4 , you'll realized how important studies are. Don't be like me, wait till Sec 3 then I wake up.

Went to Dance Night, I fell asleep for a little while then I woke again. I didn't understand the story.

No words can describe how much I love you.

Sorry for being so immature and stupid.
